Coming Soon! A Butcher’s Brasserie located in the historic Eastern Market, the cuisine features elevated classics rooted in utilizing local meat and seasonal produce. As a two-story building, the space houses our in-house meat processing facility and butcher retail shop, two bars, a large dining room, and an intimate private dining space.

Located in downtown Detroit in the historic Kales Building, The Royce is a loft design wine bar and retail shop hybrid. It has a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere perfect for casual and formal events alike. Each event will offer beverages from curated small-batch producers, top-notch charcuterie, and catering from Marrow in the Market.
